Immerse yourself in fitness and wellness at Athleta Flatiron.

 

9:30-10:30AM            SHOCK & AH!® 

with Kristin Kenney

Intense intervals of strength and conditioning ending in guided meditation for total body bliss. 

11:00AM-12:00PM     DANCE CARDIO

with Katherine Greiner of KGBody

A combo class filled with high energy, FUN "dance-letic" cardio and body-weight strength training.  

12:30-1:30PM             YOGA

with Colleen Saidman Yee of Yoga Shanti

This yoga class will cover all the bases - chanting, vinyasa, a short meditation practice, and savasana - icing on the cake!  

2:00-3:00PM              CONDITIONING

with Andia Winslow of Winslow Way Conditioning

A fun, total body experience that incorporates calisthenics, run/speed training, plyometrics and dynamic recovery strategies.

...and come join the party!

In addition to the all-star lineup of fitness instructors, DJ K Styles will be spinning the tunes while shoppers enjoy make-up touchups, a braid bar from Joli Beauty Bar and mini facials from Balbec SkinCare.  Juice Press and Essentia Water will be on site with refreshments.  Aloha and Barnana will be offering healthy snacks.
